Horne Lake Caves

Have you ever seen crystal formations?  What about ancient fossils?  Or even an underground waterfall? 

Well, you can catch a glimpse of them all when crawling around Horne Lake Caves! They make a great day trip from The Hummingbird but remember to wear long pants and running shoes. You will be issued lighted hard hats by the guides.

You can join a tour that is conducted daily from 10 am - 5 pm during July and August of Riverbend Cave.  But keep in mind these caves are as natural as can be which means no easy hiking paths or lighting.  If you have enough excitement and adventure in you, then this tour is for you!

And, if the daily tour isn't thrilling enough for you an, Underground Extreme Tour may be the way to go.  This 5 hour excursion will have you rappelling down a seven-story waterfall only to climb back out on a cable ladder!
